I recently visited this McDonald's it was about 1:35 in the morning. Their night shift has gotten my order wrong almost everytime in the last 2 months. On this specific order I went through the line to get my order (this took about 10 minuets) and never received my drinks. When I came back through the line to get my drinks (this took another 15 minutes) my drinks were the same drinks from about 20 mins earlier. All the ice had melted into the drinks. After returning home I realized that I was still missing a sandwich. Although I would like to say that this is the last time I go there but sadly they are the only place open 24 hours. Well of course other than our sorry excuse for a burger king.
I received excellent customer service from understanding employees. As I tried to juggle my family crisis, telephone customer service, and McDonald's app, the employees remained patient and helpful.
Quick easy place to eat. Very clean environment. Easy to find.

Not even trying to be disrespectful since I work in the fast-food industry for 10-plus years but almost everyone out of three times I come to this McDonalds they mess up or forget something on my order then when you call them and tell them they messed up they say do you want to come back in, not considering you wasted your time going all the way out there. And all they do is Comp what they messed up on without any gratuity.
