Words can't explain how they know how to take your money, replaced a 10 amp fuse at the end I paid $1642.00 told me it would be done by noon but I guess they just wanted to milk the clock, $150 of that was a service call 400 feet from this place, mechanic didn't know how to start my truck and was leaving when I told him maybe a wire might be loose behind the fuse box he said hmmmm let me check so he checks and there it is truck turns on! Just unreal how they let you have it!!!! I will never use this place again!! Good luck if you do, remember to bring your wallet!!! Did I mention they don't even give you a warranty????
Disappointed. Did not have a air filter for 2010 Kenworth. Seems odd. But I guess you just run out..

21 years on the road and NOBODY has taken as good of care as these guys. James the service advisor told me to come on over and looked at my issue...when he didn't find the answer he called Jeremy the shop for man over and got it handled. The nicest bunch of guys around. If you need work in Kansas these guys or the sister shop in Wichita are the ONLY place to go. *****

GREAT Customer service!! Needed a lamp (parking, turn signal) Although they didn't have one in stock Jerrod recommended Napa down the street. He called to see if one was available and Jon took me over to pick it up!! And refused a tip, saying he was just doing his job!!
