I needed a fridge and theirs was reasonable and just the right size. Later I got a washing machine (boy have they changed a lot from past years, LOL) and each time they were personable, knowledgeable and quick to help. The Emporia KS. store staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Thanks to you all there.
They don't even call the person that holds the account for important concerns etc. They don't call back to the people that called in the first place.
Unprofessional, unfriendly, does not take time to put your furniture together properly. I have done business with Aaron's in other locations but will never do business with Aaron's in Emporia, Ks. There are much better alternatives, shop around.
