One of my units stopped working and I called Casey since the guy I had used was out-of-state. Casey was very friendly and came in a timely manner. He identified the problem immediately, replaced the part, which was in stock on his truck, and had me up and running in ten minutes. He have me no runaround, he was happy to save me money and was also pleasant. I highly recommend his service.
Casey is honest and reliable. I had contacted another business in my area to fix my A/C and was told that I needed a new A/C unit and furnace. A friend at Ogle Construction company told me to give Casey a call. A few days later Casey came out. He got the A/C unit running until we could get it replaced. The A/C unit has been replaced but my furnace did not need to be. I would highly recommend Air Conditioning Specialist.
