I brought a pillow in to be dry cleaned and was quoted the price of $14. I only paid it because a new pillow cost $18. When I came back to pick up the pillow, a different lady said it would be $18. When I told her was I was quoted at the start, she said she could not honor it because her employee was not there, and she had no way of knowing if I was telling the truth. Well, you had MY WORD, and that should be good enough!
Even if they are the only dry cleaners in Emporia, I won't be going back.
