My second room was clean and tidy. Did not smell bad. Breakfast was pretty good but may stay somewhere else if I'm in the area
By calling rooms which I was told I was 4 to be called. Do not wake up innocent people. Handle it when they check out. We all know what to look for to see if someone smoked in a room. Smell is not I repeat not evidence. It can be on their clothes. I checked in and went straight to bed. Fell in the bed without pj. I was exhausted. Now I was woke up 2 hour into my sleep now here it is 1 am remembering I checked in 2 hours which makes it a long night so now I'm up . After being up the prior day with zero sleep . Please don't do this. We are here to sleep. Let us sleep.
Clean, spacious room. Easy access from I-35. Good hot breakfast as well.
It was a great experience at the Comfort Inn Hotel. Was a very beautiful place to stay and it was a very comfortable room to stay in the beds were very comfortable and the rooms was very nice.
BUGS BUGS BUGS! Beatles with pinchers. Front desk advised they try to spray, but caused by pond nearby. Jacuzzi in my room would not hold water. Not worth the extra expense. Told front desk. They advised will look into it. Nothing offered by front desk to compensate.
I arrived around 9 I believe. Very nice hotel however if they get a smoking complaint. At 11 we were woke up after a couple hours of sleep by a phone call waking me up to say we are checking rooms to let us know this a non smoking vacility. We know this when we checked in. I have managed hotel's in my career and this is not the correct procedure which is NOT waking up guest to enforce a policy we have sighed off on. Wait till they check out and then get them
