They were almost 30 minutes late on our pre-order. They wouldn't even tell us something was wrong until we'd waited an extra 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
This time, I called and a woman answered the phone and hastily told me I'll be put on hold as there was a call ahead of me. Before I could say anything, she slammed the phone down and I was put on hold. Kinda odd, and very rude. So I waited on the line for 10 minutes waiting to be answered. Kept hearing that annoying customer robot thing over and over and over again. I got tired of it, hung up and called back. Same thing again. Hastily told me I'll be put on hold, slammed the phone, and I waited for another ten minutes again to be answered. I gave up and just called Pizza hut, though they're not much better.
The first time I ordered a delivery and got a Philly cheese steak which had only cheese and Philly steak on it. Went back and read the ingredients and it's supposed to have onions and peppers and I think mushrooms but it had none of it. The second time I got carry out, and my boyfriend had cheese to cover the saw looked even and mine you could see barely any cheese and mostly sauce. I brought it in the lady said it was the right amount and I told her "you don't see little cheese and mostly sauce. So she remade my pizza even offered for me to keep the current one. But that wouldn't be fair so I gave back the pizza and got a fresh one, I was happy they did right and got me a fresh pizza , looks like the cheese just wasn't spread out correctly. She even gave me extra cheese. Pizza Hut never acted that great. Definitely sticking to dominos
Fast delivery and hot food! Favorite late night choice
I've ordered a few times before, it was pretty okay besides the pizza being about 10-20 minutes late. But it's better than Pizza Hut.
Great pizza. But when you order a pizza and ask for pie cut. The employees there are not smart enough to figure it out. This is not something new it has been happening for at least a year or more now. I hope they figure it out soon before they lose my business for good.
