Air conditioner is not great. Not fun to work out in the weight room when it's hot out. Besides that it's pretty nice.

The amount of weight machines to use is pretty limited, especially during the day. Compared to the population of students, the rec center is pretty small. There are usually not enough treadmills open either.
Clean, well maintained, inexpensive first class workout facility.
Has just about everything you could get at another gym.
