The management is helpful and the maintenance guys are much faster than any other place I've lived at.
I lived in these apartments for over 2 years and have seen atleast 4 managers come and go. The lack of communication & respect for tenants is terrible. Furthermore, the non-existance of organization of documents is why I am moving. They have misplaced several of my payments and claim that they "cannot find them"...Dont waste your money & patience here.
NEVER EVER LIVE HERE OR ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO. I lived here 4 years ago paid everything I needed to in order to move had an unexpected $200 dollar bill come 3 months after I moved. So I paid that in 2013. Now to my residence in Topeka on 3/28/16 I recieved the same bill in the mail and cannot get ahold of anyone to figure out why.
I am on my second year. The apartments are definitely dated, but I have not had any problems. The staff is always friendly and professional. The price is good if you are on a limited budget (i.e a college student).
Wasn't aware that it cost $1.50 each for washer and dryer until after I signed my lease. Let me tell ya, laundry fee is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise it's a good place.
