Rudest customer service. Each employee tells you something different. We've been with them for 7 years and because of their attitudes and not doing their jobs we told them we were leaving for sprint and they could care less. We even had a rep at the store stopped working on our phone and talking to us to have a lengthy conversation with another employee deciding what they wanted to eat for lunch before returning to our conflict.
Wish I could give no stars. It only took 2 months before I switched back to Verizon." No Hidden Fees" is a joke and so are there math skills. I had a credit of $51 with my monthly payment suppous to be $98 or 112 with taxes. And some how they ended up billing me $158 with $101 in taxes. So they told me they were doing me a favor by dropping it to my $112 for that month..ahhh no where'd my $ 51 go.. Then they'd meet me in the middle and give me $ 35 off the bill...ahhh no how about my bill be $61 like the number add up to be.. Paid my phone off and bill just to receive another bill for $229.05.. They must love going back to elementary school math classes taught by me..come on how many times do you want to be turned in to the BBB.
