i was so upset. the girl didnt mix the formula correctly and she left it on my hair for way too long. i had to call the manager to fix my hair seeings as though she didnt know how to correct her problem either. needless to say there wasnt alot the manager could do to fix it without frying it she was so rude to me and just kept making me feel like it was my fault. She also wanted to charge me AGAIN!
i had golden blonde hair when i went in.i asked for the color of my roots which were a dirty blonde to a very light brown color but ended up with jet black hair.

so i have a very dark color brown - very unhappy. waiting a few days so i can go to a real stylist. i went in to get a color to make myself feel good. instead ended up leaving crying & sad.
