I bought a 2000 ford focus and I knew it needed some work so I called John North Ford as the check engine light was on. Talked with Preston who drove my vehicle and explained that I need a throttle cable and what the cost would be. Scheduled a time and it was fixed within the week by Chad. My car continued to smell "hot" ,and when I called JIm who had me come up that day. After driving the car and he and the tech, Chad, looked it over and the valve cover gasket and new spark plugs and plug wires were all replaced - the smell went away. Jim explained the cost prior to having the work done.. I was very pleased with timely work that was done by all three men. I would not hesitate to come back to John North Ford in Emporia if I ever need more service for my vehicle. Thank you very much for your help.
I will continue to buy my vehicles here. At the time I bought this vehicle I didn't care what make I was getting. The Chevrolet Dealer was right next door and I was shopping there too. This Ford Dealer made it very apparent that they would love to have me as a customer! It was made clear to both dealers that I was there to buy a car. I am so glad that it turned out the way it did. John North Ford Lincoln gave be multiple rebates! One of the rebates was for going to Emporia State University, where I had just earned my BSN! I love the way they treated me then, and how they continue to treat me. I will most definitely buy my vehicles here and will highly recommend them to all my friends and to anyone I meet!
