I usually come here because I like the people, but today I brought my vehicle in for help with a simple unbolt old part, bolt on new part. We spent half hour tops on this and I supplied the parts. The manager tried to say it was an hour and a half, but it wasn't even close. Part of the time the mechanic was called to look at something else, then returned. I appreciate the help, but charging a loyal customer $102 to remove and replace a few bolts is rediculous. I know it's a buisniness, but if you want customers to keep spending money at your shop, learn to be reasonable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Really disappointed.

Mechanics like to hangout and chit chat. Takes much longer to get your car back then it should. Make sure you have something to do while waiting on your vehicle.
