These people are fantastic!!!!! My son and I decided to fly to MN from Las Vegas and purchase an old RV. Needless to say it broke down on the way home, and of course it was on a Sunday. The tow truck driver told me Thurstons Plus was the only place to go, and after having dealt with them, I couldn't agree more. They weren't even "open" yet they took the time to look at my RV, diagnose the problem, fix it and then even came and picked us up as we had went to get a bite to eat.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. We were given a ride along and our car has never. I repeat NEVER!!!! Been driven the way the owner of this mom and pop shops drove it. He was redlining the rpms before shifting and grinding gears. We had countless issues with them when they replaced the clutch. Having linkage issues with the transmision after the replacement. Their customer service skills are non existant and return business will not come from us. They fixed things that we did not ask them to fix and then charged us for them. Might I add they broke things that were not broken before in the process and the repairs were half assed. Their so called fixes caused more problems than what they originally set out to fix. They stained our seats and starring wheel with grease and didn't bother cleaning up any of the mess they made in our car during the almost three weeks they had It for a 3 day repair!
We took a dirty family car in for detail cleaning (WOW) looks like new - what a super great job they did & I will be bringing all my vehicles in for detail cleaning! I recommend them to everyone...
I wish I had a mechanic like this in Las Vegas. Honest, knowledgeable and kind.
Excellent service!!!!! My sway bar broke and I took it in. They were nice enough to give me a ride home, got an estimate the same day and they are getting right to work on it. Took away so much stress, so glad I called them and took my car to them! They're very friendly and talk with you as if they've known you for years!
