Very Very slow service will not be back. Seems like they don't want the business. The last time I went to a Walmart service center and the employees acted the same way. It ended up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs to my truck
I waited for two hours just to get my tire changed. It was ridiculous.
They did a good job fixing flat tire
Stopped for oil change on the way to KC. Took an hour and a half. Got in the car and drove to Gardner, Ks where we stopped for gas. Only to find oil all over the under side and back of our van and no oil registering on the dipstick. Not happy!
Employees at this location are over-worked and not allowed to use their personal vacation days...thanks Jackie (HR) and Randy (Manager). This is why levels of customer service are extremely low.
New HR and management are required at this location!
