My complaint was an insurance disagreement where insurance didn't pay. No one called me to tell me squat. I left messages on their machine though. They never called me back. I gave my number and it's been the same for 15 years anyway.
The best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. It's the little things that matter the most. They are amazing at the little things, including having the music I like playing during my appointment.
He has gone above and beyond at every turn, from seeing me immediately and without an appointment for a painful tooth, to calling me at home after a root canal to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sligh and his staff are the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.
Dr. Sligh is the best dentist I have been to in my entire life, and I've been to many dentists. He is attentive, professional, and has never made me feel bad about my teeth. I had absolutely horrible anxiety about dentistry prior to my experience with Dr. Sligh, but now it is all gone.
Hygienists are amazing. They are nice and care about their patients. Dr is pretty much too. They play music that you like during your appointment.
The lady who used to do billing here was pleasant and actually contacted and spoke to patients. Would it kill anyone to pick up the phone? This is a small town business. I expect small town courtesy, especially when all my family has done business here for years.
We haven't and won't be back.
I'd contacted insurance and assumed it got settled since i heard nothing. Instead they turned me over to collections for like $100 and I didn't even find out until I went to purchase a vehicle and found out my credit rating was repeatedly going down over $100 that I didn't know I owed.
My experience with Dr. Sligh was awesome! He's great with kids,too. The staff are friendly and everyone is very nice. I highly recommend him! :-)
Absolutely disrespectful with his staff. Never seen anything like it. Very disappointed on his behavior... His staff looked afraid of him smh disturbing will never go back nor recommend him
