While I've had great experiences with this office in the past I am inclined to believe there have been some major changes over the course of the past 5 years or so. They are the only oral surgeons in Emporia, but are only in the office two days a week and are closed by 3:30 in the afternoon. Not to mention the ridiculously high consultation fee. One of the other offices one doctor is affiliated with charges nearly half as much. Once again I can see why the people of Emporia travel out of town for their services.
This company lied to us about our insurance in the first place. Improperly billed our insurance and after we fixed the problem and were waiting for a bill they sent us to collections for absolutely no reason. I don't care if they are the only oral surgery place in emporia, it is worth a drive to go anywhere else. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! THEY ARE RUDE!
