Great staff that are dedicated to their customers. Randy helped me get a new phone after mine had a system failure and was very polite and made sure that I get my new phone mailed to me within 24 hours! Would recommend to anyone in the Emporia area.
Don't even deserve the 1star! Worthless and rude employees!!! They get mad when they actually have to "work". Pointless to even have an AT&T store, just a waste of space! On top of that, the service is the worst service I've ever had!!!!!!
This store has its own made up policy of not letting you return your cheap u verse modem there so that you don't get charged $150 for a 10 cent modem. (by the way you already paid $90 for that modem when you got AT&T's shotty internet service.)
