The owner was honest. He did not have much experience working on my specific phone (i.e., a Google Nexus 6P). The last thing anyone wants is to be in a worse situation.

The owner im assuming was awesome in assisting me! I got a pretty good power supply from him for cheap and it was name brand! Works without an issue. He even helped me try out my GPU in one of his computers because i thought something was wrong with it, free of charge! Only reason i took a star off is because they need a LED open sign for the front becasue the front windows are so tinted that it just looks like the store is closed, other than that, i like this place!
Pat and Jamie did a great job fixing my business laptop. I really appreciate the time they took to explain the ins and outs of what was slowing down my laptop. Don't waste your time and money at a big box!
