This guy is very misleading and will lie to you on the numbers. I tried to get information on property and was using his numbers he told me they were "my numbers" and told me they were incorrect. He doesn't seem to understand simple math or maybe doesn't like it when you understand the math. Anyway very rude and he hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend working with him.
