Extremely awful. I do not recommend renting from these people. They do not care when you experience a problem with your place. My apartment flooded all of the time, bugs were all over the place, and mold was growing in the window places. They eventually stopped answering my calls and texts. It got to the point where living in a cardboard box sounded like a better idea than renting from them.
Jeff Kitselman helped us by our first house. He was patient, not pushy, showed us lots of places and suggested how we should approach the offer. I would go back again.

I rent a storage unit from these guys and they don't really seem to listen. They bought the storage unit after me having it for about a month, and I was told directly, in person, that when they transferred to their new system that the prices would probably change. I have the smallest unit offered and they're charging some people (my friend rented a couple months after me) only 30 something dollars and I'm paying 43. 5 out of 7 times I've called in, the lady in charge of storage units wasn't there. When we opened the storage unit, despite me being 20, they put the storage unit under my mom's name. Every time I give them my own name they "can't seem to find it." Maybe if the person who was in charge of storage units was ever there, they would have changed it by now. I keep telling them that it should be under my name, or to change it, as I hold the contract. I have called and been there in person on pretty much any day of the week, sometimes like 1 pm on a tuesday, and still the lady in charge of storage units isn't there. And when I call they always ask me how much I'm paying so they don't have to look it up, and half the people who answer the call don't know where to look. Please, get your act together. Thank you.
